Many loose ends due to time pressure. Everyone saw the win when things were ready "automatically."

Our approach

We selected three tasks with the greatest impact. We configured Copilot to post actions in Planner after a Teams meeting, including the owner and due date. Emails with the same subject are bundled with short draft replies. A concise update is available on Fridays.

What we create

Clear rules: routines are automatic, everything else requires approval. Everything visible, everything reversible. No magic, just enlightenment.
