Service Description

During this one-day training, we take your team from “experimenting” to working professionally and repeatably with ChatGPT in one go. In the morning, we build a solid foundation: prompting, quality control, and safe usage. In the afternoon, we get fully to work with your own examples. We conclude the day with concrete workflows, templates, and a clear working method for the entire team. What you will learn: • Understand how ChatGPT works so you get the right output faster (and recognize errors sooner). • Prompting from basic to advanced: working with context, roles, and smart prompt structures for consistent results. • Practical use cases that are directly applicable to your daily work (spending less time, achieving higher quality). • Quality control: recognizing hallucinations, checking assumptions, and asking better follow-up questions. • Safe and responsible usage: privacy, what you do and don't share, anonymization, and team guidelines. • Advanced working: prompt chaining, Custom GPTs, and data analysis with Excel/CSV/PDF (including insights/visualizations). • From standalone experiments to a fixed working method: workflows/templates, governance, and the EU AI Act in practice. Requirements • No technical prior knowledge required. • Access to a ChatGPT plus account.
