Description

At CribConnects, you'll build real AI solutions: from prototypes to production-ready tools that accelerate processes. You'll work with clients, remotely, and in the office, combining engineering and consulting with a clear technical focus. Practical impact, not hype.

What are you going to do?

  • Building end-to-end AI software (APIs, workers, small apps/agents, evaluation pipelines).

  • Implement integrations with SaaS and business applications and data connections (ETL/ELT, vector stores).

  • Deploy and configure AI tools for customers (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Slack AI), including permissions/roles, prompt libraries, and usage evaluation.

  • Set up production monitoring and measure and improve the quality of prompts and retrieval.

Who are you?

  • Completed university master's degree (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Informatics/Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar).

  • 1–3 years of professional software experience (e.g., Python/TypeScript).

  • Experience with CLI programming tools for AI (OpenAI/Anthropic CLI, Ollama/LM Studio, uv/pipx, Node/NPM) and you feel at home in the terminal.

  • Strong understanding of the current state of AI : frontier vs. open source, context lengths, function/tool use, cost/latency tradeoffs, RAG patterns and evaluation.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD and experience with cloud (e.g. Vercel, Fly.io, AWS, Azure or GCP).

  • Strong communication skills: you can clearly explain technical choices to customers.

What do we offer?

  • Which AI tooling fits our stack (closed/open-source, vector database, orchestration) and why?

  • How do you balance quality, cost, and latency for a customer-facing feature?

  • When do you choose RAG over fine-tuning , and what does that mean for quality/costs?

  • How do you set up observability and evaluation (logging, metrics, feedback loops) and adjust accordingly?

Nice-to-have: vector databases, agents/orchestration (LangChain/LlamaIndex), streaming UIs, observability (Langfuse/Helicone).

What do we offer?

  • Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month (based on full-time), depending on experience

  • Working with a team of true AI professionals with academic and business backgrounds.

  • Hybrid working in Amsterdam and at clients' locations; impacting organizations that want to move forward.

  • Training budget & access to the latest tools.

  • Favorable bonus structure
