Description
You'll advise organizations on AI strategy, adoption, and implementation — and help build solutions that deliver immediate value. You'll translate business problems into working AI tools and automations, working with our engineers (and, where appropriate, yourself), so results are visible quickly.
What are you going to do?
Design and build AI POCs and MVPs : from prompt flows and evaluation pipelines to small apps/agents and dashboards (co-build with engineers; sometimes hands-on yourself).
Implement automations & integrations : connections with SaaS/business apps (e.g., Power Automate/Zapier/Make or lightweight code-first scripts), including logging and cost monitoring.
Provide tools & templates : prompt libraries, workflow templates, how-to playbooks, and monitoring hooks to empower teams to work independently.
Lead implementations of AI productivity tools (M365 Copilot, Google Workspace Gemini, Slack AI), incl. measurement plan (usage/ROI) and governance framework.
Substantiate and prioritize business cases : clear scope, success metrics, and go/no-go's with stakeholders.
Who are you?
Completed university master's degree (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science/IT, Econometrics or similar).
1–3 years of experience in consulting, data/AI, or product (e.g., BI/DS/ML/Automation).
Hands-on building power : you can use low-/no-code and lightweight code (e.g. Python/TypeScript/SQL) to create something that works.
Experience with PowerBI for analytical dashboarding.
Extensive knowledge of the LLM landscape : frontier vs. open-source, pricing (per token/call), context length, RAG vs. fine-tuning, evaluation.
Strong communication skills; executive-ready presentations and demos.

Salary: €3,000–€4,000 gross per month (based on full-time), depending on experience
