What we found

Three time-wasters everyone recognized, but never had time for. Think of recurring check-ups, forwarding information, and small handovers where things get left behind.

Our approach

We gradually built flows in n8n for these three points. Constantly testing, improving, and going live. While we were building, we coached the team on a short, consistent schedule: checking in daily to see what was working, making adjustments, and moving forward. This way, it became part of the job, not "just another project."
