What it does (practically)
- Meeting → action list: Copilot summarizes Teams meetings and sets up actions in Planner with owner and deadline.
- Inbox: bundles similar emails, creates draft replies, and schedules follow-up in your calendar.
- Status update: reads your Teams channels and provides a short update for management or the project group every Friday.
- Document Starter: Create an initial proposal in Word based on SharePoint resources and templates.
Knowledge Finder: finds the right policy and adds the source to your document or email.
